UEA-Bay Rules – READ BEFORE BIDDING OR SELLING

1.The UEA-Bay (UEA Clan) is not responsible for the quality of the items sold or the transactions between seller and buyer.
2.An auction can last for 1, 3, 7 or 10 days. After this time is up the thread will be locked. If the item has not been sold it can then be re-listed.
3.An item can be put up for a traditional sale at a buy it now price, or auctioned off with a reserve price .
4.Method of payment will be at the sellers discretion.(paypal preffered)
5.The seller must specify whether there is a returns policy when the auction goes live and cannot be changed once set.
6.Once a bid has been placed it cannot be retracted.
7.Once a winning bid has been made the seller is then committed to sell the item at that price and the buyer is committed to pay that price.
8.Postage and packaging costs and methods must also be specified when the auction goes live and cannot be changed once placed.
9.If the item is not as described upon delivery then this is to be sorted out between buyer and seller.
UEA will not get involved !!!!!
